Patent Attorney Olaf Ungerer will be speaking about Freedom to Operate analysis at a seminar led by the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI) in Munich on 28 November.
The seminar is aimed at experienced or intermediate level patent attorneys and will provide insight on a freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis which helps to identify risks involved in bringing a product to market without infringing existing third-party rights.
Alongside Colin McCarney, Olaf will focus on:
